Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns and exchanges on products that meet the following criteria:

  • New Yamaha Banshee Models: Returns on new, unused bikes are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or modification.
  • Used or Pre-Owned Banshees: Returns on used or pre-owned bikes are accepted within 7 days of purchase, as long as the bike is in the same condition as when it was sold (i.e., no significant modifications, damage, or excessive wear).
  • Parts and Accessories: Returns for parts, accessories, and gear are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Note: If a product is damaged during shipping, please report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a return or replacement.

How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not defective or damaged, such as used or opened parts and accessories.
